Job summary

Tong Seng Leasing Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Executive to coordinate maintenance activities with internal technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to keep machinery and equipment operating reliably and safely.

You will monitor preventive maintenance schedules for construction equipment, generators, excavators, vehicles and other assets, liaise with service providers on repairs, inspections, and breakdowns, and maintain ERP records and status updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Maintenance coordination experience or exposure to coordinating technicians and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure machinery and equipment remain operational.
• Monitor and track preventive maintenance schedules for construction equipment, generators, excavators, vehicles, and other assets.
• Liaise with service providers on repairs, servicing, inspections, and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation in the ERP system.
• Monitor equipment readiness and provide regular updates to stakeholders on maintenance status.
• Assist in investigating equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures
