Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience with main contractors.
• Local hospital project experience is advantageous.
• Experience with healthcare systems or medical equipment coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Review and study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Support the establishment and coordination of the DCV (Medical Equipment) team and Logistics NSC team.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out according to approved specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Report technical and site issues to the Project Director / Project Manager.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ M&E works and ensure all works are completed on schedule.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale hospital developments involving advanced M&E systems and cutting‑edge healthcare logistics solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Review and study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
• Support the establishment and coordination of the DCV (Medical Equipment) team and Logistics NSC team (PTS / PWLCS / AGV).
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out according to approved specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Report technical and site issues related to M&E works to the Project Director / Project Manager.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of M&E works on site to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ M&E works and ensure all works are completed according to schedule.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

Job Requirements
