Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Site Engineer/Coordinator to lead on-site activities for large-scale projects, including hospitals and mixed developments.

You will attend site meetings, study M&E drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, ensure conformance to drawings, and communicate issues to the Project Director, while supervising progress and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in main-con company, preferably on large-scale hospital and mixed-use projects.
• Able to work independently with strong leadership qualities.
• 5-day (or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off) work week, as per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical/site problems related to M&E.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors' M&E work and ensure on-schedule progress.
