Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive M&E Coordinator to join the team onsite in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating M&E activities for healthcare projects, resolving technical issues with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring works adhere to drawings and specifications.

You will report to the Project Director/Manager and supervise on-site progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with main contractors, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Experience with hospital projects is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare systems or medical equipment coordination is preferred.
• Strong coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with clear leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure M&E works comply with specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Manager of technical or site problems.
• Supervise progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor M&E work to keep on schedule.

• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;

• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;

• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience with main contractors, preferably in large-scale projects.

• Candidates with local hospital project experience will have an added advantage.

• Experience in healthcare systems, medical equipment coordination, or logistics systems such as PTS / PWLCS / AGV is preferred.

• Strong technical coordination, site supervision, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and possess strong leadership and communication qualities.

• 5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.
