Job summary

kienta engineering construction pte. ltd. invites an experienced M&E Manager to lead all on-site mechanical and electrical works, ensuring they meet project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.

You will guide a skilled M&E team and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve site issues. On-site leadership, strong project management, and a relentless focus on safety will be essential as you drive timely and cost-conscious delivery within defined schedules

Qualifications

• Approved engineering degree recognized by PEB.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in M&E PM or coordination.
• Knowledge of local authority submission processes and construction standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Excellent understanding of site operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all M&E works at the project site.
• Enforce compliance with authority submission requirements and manage related documentation.
• Implement and monitor the Company’s Management System to ensure efficient work processes on-site.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensure M&E works are executed in accordance with specifications, safety regulations, project schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors to maintain high standards of safety and work quality.
• Foster and enforce safe work practices and site safety awareness among workers and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve site-related issues.
• Lead and mentor the M&E team to achieve project goals under the designated scope of work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical and electrical works are executed according to project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
