Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) seeks an experienced Senior/M&E BIM Modeller to join our Technical Team for a new residential project in the Central Area. You will develop and maintain BIM models, produce accurate technical drawings, and coordinate across disciplines to support on-time, compliant project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 4 years of BIM experience and proficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modeling and implementation.
• Preferably in residential/condominium projects.
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA regulations.
• Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for a Senior position.

Responsibilities

• Construct and update BIM models for MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) discipline
• Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards
