Job summary

GRACE HR SOLUTIONS is seeking a BIM Engineer to construct and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in residential/condominium projects. You will identify clashes, generate drawings, and ensure data integrity and compliance with project standards.

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to maintain up-to-date information exchange, perform model reviews, and produce reports to support coordination and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• At least 4 years of BIM modeling experience, residential/condominium preferred.
• Knowledge of construction documents, standards and BCA regulations.
• Strong time management and collaboration skills.

• Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modeling and implementation, preferably in residential/condominium projects
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
