Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller (Archi) to join our Technical Team. You will develop and maintain Archi BIM models, produce technical drawings, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure compliant project execution.

The role requires strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with hands-on BIM experience in infrastructure or large-scale projects, and solid collaboration and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM modeling and implementation in large-scale projects.
• Understanding of construction documents and relevant regulations (BCA).

Responsibilities

• Construct and update Archi BIM models.
• Identify and resolve design clashes across disciplines.
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings and BIM deliverables for construction and submissions.
• Maintain BIM model accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and teams to ensure up-to-date information exchange.
• Conduct model reviews and generate coordination reports.
• Plan and maintain BIM data per project requirements and standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (Archi) to join our Technical Team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining BIM models, producing accurate technical drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project teams to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.

Work location: Dover area

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and update Archi BIM models
• Utilize BIM software to identify and resolve design conflicts and clashes across disciplines
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Extensive hands‑on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or HDB projects
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
