Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a client in the M&E Engineering field to appoint a BIM Modeller on a 3-year contract. The role covers producing and updating 3D BIM models, drawings and shop drawings across multiple site locations in Singapore.

The candidate should have at least a NITEC in a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of BIM modelling experience, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD. 5-day work week and project-driven environment offered.

Qualifications

• At least NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling experience in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on project drawings, technical information, and design requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings for construction purposes.
• Review models and drawings to identify inconsistencies and ensure proper coordination between different disciplines.
• Carry out model coordination and clash checks using Navisworks where required.
• Make necessary amendments to BIM models and drawings based on design changes, coordination requirements, and site progress.
• Assist with BIM-related submissions, documentation, model updates, and project records.
• Extract relevant drawings, schedules, quantities, and other information from BIM models when required.
• Work closely with the project and site teams to ensure BIM information is accurate and aligned with construction requirements.
• Maintain proper control of drawing revisions, model files, and other project documentation.
• Support the team in meeting project deliverables and deadlines, including other BIM-related duties as assigned.

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a BIM Modeller to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: 3 years contract

Position: BIM Modeller

Location: Islandwide (depends on project's location)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6pm; Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Up to $4,700 + Bonus
