Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Senior/MEP BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models, produce technical drawings, and support project teams for compliant execution.

You will coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, identify clashes using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and generate shop drawings for construction and submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in residential/condominium projects.
• Solid understanding of construction documents and BCA regulations.
• Strong time management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior/MEP BIM Modeller to join our Technical Team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining BIM models, producing accurate technical drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project teams to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.

Location: near to Dover

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disciplines
• Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modeling and implementation, preferably in residential/condominium projects
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations
