Qualifications

• 4+ years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in residential/condominium projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of construction documents and relevant regulations.
• Senior position possible for extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Construct and update Archi BIM models.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts across disciplines using BIM tools.
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings and other BIM deliverables for construction/authority submissions.
• Maintain BIM model accuracy, integrity and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers and teams for accurate information exchange.
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to aid coordination and decisions.
• Plan, manage and maintain BIM data per project requirements and standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Archi BIM Modeller to join our Technical Team for our new residential project. This role focuses on developing and maintaining BIM models, producing accurate technical drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project teams to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and update Archi BIM models
• Utilize BIM software to identify and resolve design conflicts and clashes across disciplines
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and authority submissions
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modeling and implementation, preferably in residential/condominium projects
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations
• Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record will be considered for a Senior position.
