Job summary

Roger Dubuis is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to grow the domestic clientele by leveraging a local network and business introducers. The role involves proactive outreach, remote selling, and offline events to attract and convert new prospects while maintaining the boutique’s high standards of service.

The ideal candidate comes with extensive UHNWI experience in Southeast Asia, a strong English and Mandarin skillset, and a polished, entrepreneurial attitude suitable for an international luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, hospitality or equivalent.
• Extensive client book and experience working with UHNWI in Southeast Asia.
• Willingness to attend luxury events, network and create leads outside the Boutique.
• Elegant, confident, empathetic, agile and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong customer loyalty development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• To achieve boutique monthly and annual sales turnover in line with commercial strategy.
• Assist colleagues in sales/aftersales and work as a team under Boutique Manager.
• Provide wow experiences and top-tier client service.
