Job summary

baccarat pacific in Singapore seeks a Sales Associate to achieve sales goals while delivering the best customer experience. You will proactively welcome walk-in clients, nurture a luxury client base including UHNWI, and uphold the Baccarat standard of service and brand storytelling.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, CRM updates, and ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines, driving repeat visits and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Enjoy meeting and engaging people.
• A passion for Retail sales; knowledge or experience in luxury is an added advantage.
• Able to work in ION, MBS, and Taka locations during retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Proactively receive and recruit walk-in customers.
• Develop the customer base with new clients and cultivate a loyal clientele, especially UHNWI clients.
• Ensure every customer receives exceptional customer experience.
• Provide high quality service and after-sales to keep clients engaged with the brand.
• Share Baccarat story, know-how and quality standards with customers.
