Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with luxury product sales and acquisition enquiries.
• Promote pre‑owned luxury items (Hermès, Chanel, premium brands).
• Understand client needs and provide product recommendations.
• Coordinate with authentication and valuation teams.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and follow up.
• Support private client appointments and home visits.
• Contribute to product presentation, short-form video content, and social media.
• Gradually participate in livestream selling and online product presentation.
