Job summary

Panerai Singapore seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the boutique team and achieve luxury sales targets. You will develop local clientele, coach staff, and uphold brand standards across all client interactions.

You will drive KPI performance, implement training, and collaborate with Marketing and CRM to deliver memorable client experiences while maintaining retail excellence in line with Richemont luxury guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury goods retail with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in MS Office; organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Boutique and Sales Management: Achieve qualitative and quantitative goals by developing local client base and meeting sales targets.
• Monitor sales targets and KPIs; implement corrective actions if shortfalls occur.
• Generate new business through proactive networking and 'thinking outside the box' approaches.
• Develop, train and motivate boutique teams to meet sales goals and client development.
• Lead by example; coach on the sales floor and provide on-the-spot mentoring.
