Overseeing visual merchandising, inventory control, and CRM-driven client activations, you will partner with Marketing to boost in‑store traffic and client loyalty. A proven 10+ year track record in luxury retail is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury retail with managerial sales leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to motivate teams and build client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve boutique qualitative and quantitative goals through local client development and sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for shortfalls.
• Lead and train boutique teams; provide on‑the‑floor coaching.
• Ensure brand standards in customer service, visuals and merchandising.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Collaborate with Marketing/CRM for client activations and events.
• Provide monthly reports on sales, traffic, KPIs, follow‑ups, stock issues.
