Job summary

Federal Express (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior Solutions Architect to engage customers, assess their transportation, logistics and supply chain needs, and design end-to-end FedEx-based solutions.

You will lead solution planning and implementation, coordinate budgets and resources, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that demonstrate value and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Consulting, Engineering, or Solution Development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, or other industry verticals.
• Experience with data analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions & regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to thoroughly assess their transportation, logistics, and supply chain requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging FedEx capabilities, while exploring complementary options to deliver the best customer outcomes.
• Lead solution planning and implementation activities, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, operational feasibility, business goals, and on-time project launch.
• Identify and coordinate the budget, technology, and internal/external resources required to deliver effective, scale-able, and profitable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expertise in transportation, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to create compelling customer proposals, presentation and business cases that demonstrate solution value and ROI.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to achieve customer and business objectives.
