• Identify resources and budgets needed to deliver scalable, profitable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on transportation, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales to create proposals and business cases showing ROI.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and milestones.
