Job summary

FEDERAL EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Solutions Design & Implementation professional in Singapore. You will engage customers, design end-to-end logistics solutions, and lead planning and execution to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires coordinating budgets and resources, advising on transportation and supply chain optimization, and collaborating with Sales to present compelling ROI proposals. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, consulting, engineering, or solution development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

The successful candidate will be passionate about solving complex logistics challenges, designing innovative transportation solutions, and delivering measurable business value for customers and FedEx.

• Identify and coordinate the budget, technology, and internal/external resources required to deliver effective, scalable, and profitable solutions.
