Job summary

FEDERAL EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Solutions Design & Implementation professional in Singapore. You will engage customers, design end-to-end logistics solutions, and lead planning and execution to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires coordinating budgets and resources, advising on transportation and supply chain optimization, and collaborating with Sales to present compelling ROI proposals. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, consulting, engineering, or solution development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess transportation, logistics, and supply chain requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging FedEx capabilities and explore options for best outcomes.
• Lead solution planning and implementation activities aligning with expectations and goals.
• Identify and coordinate budget, technology, and resources for effective, scalable solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers in transportation, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to create proposals and business cases that show ROI.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones to achieve objectives.
