Job summary

FedEx is seeking a strategic Solutions Design & Implementation professional to engage customers, design end-to-end logistics solutions, and lead cross-functional implementation to deliver measurable value and ROI.

The role requires a Bachelors degree and at least 6 years of experience in logistics or related fields, with strong English and Chinese communication abilities. Travel may be involved to support global projects and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Consulting, Engineering, or Solution Development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess transportation, logistics, and supply chain requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging FedEx capabilities.
• Lead solution planning and implementation with alignment to goals and timelines.
• Coordinate budgets, technology, and resources to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to create proposals and business cases.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and milestones.
