Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hunter sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in 3PL / Contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and freight management to expand the customer base.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by developing and closing new customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate in corporate sales planning and strategy development to align with business goals.
• Prepare and submit detailed proposals to customers to support sales efforts.
• Respond promptly and follow up on customer inquiries and requests to ensure service quality.
• Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Provide timely and accurate industry and customer intelligence to inform business decisions.
• Monitor customer payments and ensure adherence to agreed credit terms to maintain cash flow.
