seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to identify and secure new opportunities, build robust client relationships, and promote customized freight forwarding and logistics solutions across Southeast Asia. You will coordinate bids, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate with operations to ensure delivery of value-driven solutions for construction, data centre, and heavy cargo projects.

Qualifications

• Experience selling project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, and multimodal transportation solutions across Southeast Asia.
• Formulating and delivering customised logistics proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Southeast Asia to drive revenue growth.
• Lead projects from concept to client handover, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate vendor activities and cost-tracking to manage budgets.
• Collaborate with operations to design tailored logistics solutions for client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare competitive quotations, tenders, and logistics proposals.
• Analyse industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and promoting customized freight forwarding and logistics solutions across construction, data centre, and heavy cargo & machinery sectors, as well as other key industries accross Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, data centre, heavy cargo & machinery sectors, and other key industries across Southeast Asia to drive revenue growth
• Lead projects from concept to client handover, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Manage project schedules by coordinating vendor activities and implementing cost-tracking systems to control budgets effectively
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to design tailored logistics solutions that meet specific client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and logistics partners to foster long-term partnerships
• Prepare competitive quotations, tenders, and logistics proposals customized to customer needs
• Analyse industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour to identify and capture new business opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts and analytics to management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience selling project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, oversized cargo, and multimodal transportation solutions across Southeast Asia
