Job summary

Toshiba Logistics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in contract logistics, warehousing, transportation and freight management by identifying new clients and managing relationships. You will develop strategies, close deals, and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment within Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hunter sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation and supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in 3PL / Contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and freight management to expand the customer base
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by developing and closing new customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate in corporate sales planning and strategy development to align with business goals
• Prepare and submit detailed proposals to customers to support sales efforts
• Respond promptly and follow up on customer inquiries and requests to ensure service quality
• Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment
• Provide timely and accurate industry and customer intelligence to inform business decisions
• Monitor customer payments and ensure adherence to agreed credit terms to maintain cash flow
