NEXTBEAT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional in Singapore to drive new business in contract logistics and 3PL.

You will identify prospects, develop structured sales plans, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts, working closely with operations and finance to tailor logistics solutions. The role requires fluency in English and Japanese, a relevant degree, and at least 5 years of B2B logistics sales experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English and Japanese for day-to-day communication.
Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales in Contract Logistics/3PL or related sectors.
Proven track record in acquiring new customers and meeting targets.
Experience preparing tenders, RFQs, and logistics proposals.
Knowledge of Singapore's logistics industry and costs.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers via cold calls, networking, referrals, events, and digital prospecting.
Develop and execute a structured sales plan to build a qualified pipeline and achieve targets.
Generate RFQs/RFPs and tender opportunities across Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Electronics, Automotive, E-commerce.
Present tailored logistics solutions, pricing models, and value propositions to customers.
Lead negotiations and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
