Job summary

Far-East-Group-Limited in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Logistics, Warehouse & Facilities to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and the maintenance of company facilities in Singapore.

You will work with internal teams, suppliers and contractors, ensure stock accuracy, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, operations management, engineering, facilities management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is required.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and transport providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safety practices.
• Generate warehouse and inventory performance reports.
• Drive process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory control.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance works.
• Monitor facilities, utilities and building services to ensure operational readiness.
• Support facility improvement and upgrading projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support workplace safety and operational compliance initiatives.
