Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing factory, warehouse and administrative operations.
• Familiar with production, warehouse and admin operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Hands-on work on ground including loading/unloading of cargoes with ops team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with HQ on operational matters and implement HQ directives and requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day management of facilities, utilities and workplace conditions to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Coordinate with HQ and local logistics partners on container shipments, deliveries, and transport arrangements.
• Support preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST filings with IRAS and NEA submissions.
• Promote safety practices and ensure areas are safe for production activities.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with vendors and onboarding of part-time workers.
• Review and verify vendor invoices and maintain operational records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
