Job summary

FAR EAST GROUP LIMITED seeks a Senior Executive, Logistics, Warehouse & Facilities to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management and facilities maintenance. The role collaborates with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in a related field with 5+ years in logistics or warehouse roles; ERP experience and ability to coordinate multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or supply chain operations.
• Experience in facilities coordination, contractor management or ISO/WSH/quality management systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management; proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors and service providers; monitor facilities and utilities.
