Job summary

Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse, inventory planning and distribution, aligning operations with production schedules and customer needs.

This hands-on leader balances strategic planning with day-to-day execution, driving performance on stock accuracy, cost control and process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of warehouse and logistics experience in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in inventory planning, forecasting and stock optimization.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams while remaining actively involved in operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Own overall inventory health across raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
• Forecast inventory needs by analyzing historical data, sales trends and production plans.
• Set and manage reorder points, safety stock levels and inventory ageing controls.
• Drive inventory-related cost savings through improved turnover and space utilization.
