PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Logistics Operations Lead to manage warehouse and administrative teams in Singapore. The role focuses on safe, efficient day-to-day operations, inventory accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will drive manpower planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement to meet service levels and customer KPIs, while collaborating with HR on recruitment and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience.
• Experience managing a team of 12–15 headcount.
• Proficient in SAP WM/MM or equivalent systems for inventory and operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse and administrative teams to ensure smooth, safe operations.
• Oversee execution to meet service levels, lead times and KPIs.
• Be primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and bonded warehouse requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Plan and optimize manpower to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and workforce management.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
