Job summary

lf logistics services pte. ltd. Singapore is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee movements along the supply chain, coordinate shipment planning and liaise with customers via email and phone for documentation.

You will monitor KPI targets, ensure accurate export and local orders, drive cost control initiatives, and support cross-functional teams while maintaining high safety and process compliance across warehousing and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management and/or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics/freight forwarding experience.
• Experience in order customer service, shipping process and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise movements along the supply chain.
• Plan shipments via multiple modes and monitor orders.
• Liaise with customers for documentation and admin matters.
• Coordinate warehouse and shipping with IT, Customs, Transport.
• Ensure compliance with safety and process standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost control and timely delivery.
• Follow up on operations issues and ensure closure.
