Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated supply chain operation. You will oversee end-to-end logistics activities, leveraging data, systems, and insights to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and act as a trusted advisory to customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong logistics expertise, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience with transport management platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or customer operations.
• Experience with import/export operations preferred.
• Supply Chain Management and Control Tower exposure desirable.
• Strong systems knowledge and comfort with transportation management platforms.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs per SOPs, IOPs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as trusted advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain ops across modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead operational reviews and KPI reporting for customers and leadership.
• Coordinate projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Manage operational exceptions and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Program Management and Global Service Center teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis.
