Maersk is seeking a customer-focused SCM Customer Experience Consultant to support end-to-end supply chains and act as the main operational contact for assigned customers. You will coordinate shipments, manage exceptions, and drive timely resolutions while collaborating with internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure reliable customer experiences.

The role involves onboarding support, maintaining SOPs, and driving adoption of digital solutions to simplify processes.

Qualificações

• Background in Supply Chain Management, logistics, customer experience or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the customer-focused operational contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution in line with SOPs, KPIs and SLAs.
• Proactively monitor shipments and resolve service issues.
• Keep customers informed of shipment status, exceptions and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners for smooth handovers.
• Support onboarding and maintain SOPs and operational documentation.
