Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years in Business Development and Key Account Development
• Strong background across multiple end-to-end logistics products
• Contract Logistics experience would be an advantage
• Strong exposure to Retail and/or Lifestyle vertical in Singapore preferred
• Broad multimodal logistics knowledge across the supply chain
• Consultative selling with agility in complex sales cycles
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrix organisations
• Strong negotiation, commercial acumen and value-creation mindset
• Financially savvy and strategic with growth focus
• Self-driven and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin required to engage clients

Aufgaben

• Drive growth of targeted customers within the verticals
• Manage and develop relationships with the customer within the contract framework
• Develop global/local value propositions to penetrate new business
• Develop account business plans for ocean and Logistics & Services products
• Identify new markets and tailor vertical solutions with cross-functional teams
• Define global value propositions and collaborate with product/solutions teams
• Ensure onboarding and contract compliance while driving profitability
• Position Maersk to key influencers and decision makers within customer organisations
