Maersk is seeking a Senior IT Executive to oversee IT infrastructure and provide hands-on end-user support in a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment. You will manage hardware, software, networks and security while coordinating with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in IT or related field, 3+ years of relevant experience, and comfort with on-call support and travel. Experience with WMS, RFID, and Power Platform tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support
• Good-to-Have Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation
• Exposure to conveyors, RFID tunnels or similar automation equipment
• Basic server, Cisco, Aruba or FortiGate knowledge
• Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience
• Project coordination experience

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks etc Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
• Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals.
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
