Job summary

Sing Investments & Finance Limited invites applications for an Associate / Senior Associate (Loan Servicing) in Credit Operations. The role supports accurate processing of receipts, settlements and account maintenance across Hire Purchase, Floor Stock and other lending products.

We seek candidates with banking operations experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Diploma in Banking and Finance or equivalent is preferred; proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook is

Qualifications

Diploma in Banking and Finance or equivalent, or banking-operations experience.
Relevant loan servicing / credit operations experience is an advantage.
Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile loan receipts, instalments, repayments, fees and refunds across payment channels.
Handle loan settlements and redemptions, including statement preparation and document verification.
Perform daily balancing and reconciliation with Finance, including settlement reports and Form B records.
Monitor loan maturities, overdue accounts, and other account exceptions.
Process Form B lodgement and release, and related closures and linkages.
Coordinate with stakeholders on vehicle-related, bankruptcy, insurance and factoring matters.
Prepare operational reports and funding projections, maintain records, and support process improvements.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required by team or Head of Department.
