Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Secured Loans operations in a banking environment. You will handle record creation, documentation checks, disbursement processes, and servicing activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in banking, management, or accounting, along with 1–2 years in financial institutions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in banking, management, accounting or related discipline.
1-2 years’ experience in financial institutions, with credit operations knowledge a plus.
Meticulous with eye for details.
Good understanding of operational risks.

Responsibilities

Perform record creation and system updating in bank operating systems for Secured Loans.
Process documentation check, loan disbursement, servicing, redemption and fee collection for Secured Loans.
Prepare instructions, payments, advices and notification letters to customers/law firms.
Imaging, indexing and filing of collateral documents.
Reconcile General Ledger accounts, transactions and documents.
Review and update system reports daily, weekly and monthly.
Handle filing of source reports and media and arrange for archival.
Respond to customer/lawyer inquiries.
Ensure requests are processed within service standards, timely and accurate.
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by Team Manager and escalate discrepancies.
Assist Team Manager with workflow improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
