Job summary

RHB Singapore is seeking an Executive, Loan Transactions (Credit Operations) to perform daily BAU operations including loan disbursements, repayments, and fee collections, ensuring accuracy and timely turnarounds.

The role also covers GL reconciliation, maintaining service levels, and driving process improvements while fostering strong partnerships with Business Units to support efficient credit operations and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in credit processing.
• Familiarity with corporate and consumer products is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan disbursements, repayments, rollovers, redemption and fee collection with accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Respond to Business Units’ requests and enquiries within a stipulated timeline.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to engage the Business Units on a regular basis to resolve BAU issues and improve cooperation between the teams.
• Actively participate as a member of a team to move the team towards completion of goals, i.e. develop a service-oriented culture within the team.
• Participate in process digitalization or automation initiatives.
• Ensure all SLA/TAT are being met.
• Ensure work is completed with speed and accuracy.
• Contribute process improvements ideas to improve TAT, efficiency and reduction of internal errors in work processes.
• Participate in process improvement discussions to improve the turnaround time for BAU processes.
• Identify operational risks and implement measures/controls to plug the risk gaps so that processes are in line with all internal & external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators.
