Job summary

Sing Investments & Finance Limited invites applications for an Associate / Senior Associate – Credit Operations (Registry). You will support the Registry by maintaining files and security documents, processing records, and safekeeping in the Registry Management System, with involvement in stock-take and data maintenance.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, independent and proactive work, good communication, and the ability to collaborate within a team and handle operational tasks

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level and above.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Independent, proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and willing to take on operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain files and security documents in the Registry.
• Process, update and safekeep security documents in the Registry Management System.
• Perform document scanning, filing, retrieval and release of documents.
• Support annual stock-take and warehousing activities for closed accounts.
• Monitor overdue files and maintain related records.
• Perform account linkage and data maintenance activities.
• Support projects, UAT testing and other ad hoc assignments.
