Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Singapore is seeking a Loan Processing Assistant to digitally process various corporate loan applications, from business loans to credit cards, and to conduct thorough documentation checks for processing. You will also perform eligibility checks, support MIS reporting, and liaise with Sales and other units to ensure smooth loan processing.

The role requires a Diploma in Finance or related discipline with at least 1 year of loan processing experience, and strong Excel/Access

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Business or any related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in loan processing
• Ability to analyse Corporate Financial Statements
• Good knowledge of Corporate Banking Products, Loans and Operations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel and Access

Responsibilities

• Digitally process Corporate Loan Applications such as Business Loans, Banker's Guarantees, Trade, Forex Exchange Lines, Overdraft Facilities, Commercial, HDB Shops & Industrial Property Loans and Equipment Financing and Corporate Credit Cards
• Perform Accounting Spreads of Financial Statements
• Conduct documentation checks on submitted Application Forms and Supporting Documents and ensures that they are complete for processing
• Conduct Eligibility Checks on Applicants via Online Enterprise Financing System to ensure compliance on limit aggregation and conduct of accounts
• Follow-up with Sales / Branches on outstanding loan documentation / information
• Perform data entry and checks in Credit System for Evaluation, Facilitation of auto-generation of Letters of Offer and updating of Bank's records
• Liaises with other relevant Business Units for loan processing
• Handles weekly & monthly MIS reports for the unit
• Creates and maintains MIS databases for operation records
