Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Business Analyst to support delivery across Singapore's claims digital enablement initiatives. You will translate claims business needs into clear, testable requirements and ensure end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, including claims, operations, product, and technology.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, digital enablement, process improvement or transformation roles.
• Experience in insurance or financial services, preferably with exposure to Claims operations.
• Hands‑on experience delivering system enhancements, digital projects or process transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, functional analysis and documentation across assigned claims initiatives.
• Lead requirement walkthroughs, clarifications and sign-offs with stakeholders.
• Support delivery readiness, UAT planning, test scenario reviews and defect triage.
