Job summary

Virtuos Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Learning Program Manager to design and manage group training programs across global studios, focusing on Producer and Technical Learning Programs.

You will partner with HR, division stakeholders and external trainers to identify development needs and deliver scalable solutions. You will evaluate program effectiveness, stay ahead of industry trends in games and tech, and lead end-to-end programs with strong stakeholder collaboration and project

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in L&D, learning program management, or closely related field.
• Experience in games, animation, VFX, or broader tech/creative production industry is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs globally and adapting communication across cultures/time zones.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage seniors and leaders.
• Strong project and program management abilities with multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• A passion for games.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; L&D certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across producers, technical and other disciplines across departments and studios.
• Collaborate with division stakeholders, studio HR heads, and business leaders to translate objectives into effective learning solutions, focusing on Producer and Technical Learning Programs.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs using e-learning, ILT, workshops, blended learning, and coaching.
• Own end-to-end design and rollout of Producer and Technical Learning Programs in partnership with external trainers and studio leadership.
• Manage vendors, sourcing, evaluation, contracting, and delivery quality.
• Build and manage program timelines, budgets, and success metrics; report progress to L&D Director and senior stakeholders.
