Job summary

ODE Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Global Learning Support Executive to coordinate learning programmes and manage courseware, scheduling, logistics, and training administration. You will support AI-enabled productivity tools and collaborate with globally dispersed colleagues.

This role involves project management for events, liaising with clients, and producing engaging materials and surveys using modern online platforms.

Qualifications

• Diploma or University Degree; ACLP qualifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with Competency Skills Framework and principles of adult learning, instructional design, and classroom delivery is preferred.
• Experience in training administration is advantageous.
• Interest in video creation using Movie Maker is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills demonstrated by managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and logistical requirements for consulting projects, training programs, and seminars, including presentation materials, manuals, handouts, room setup, and technical equipment for face-to-face sessions
• Review and verify quality of courseware and materials using MS PowerPoint and Word to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Liaise directly with clients to address programme-related matters and maintain effective communication
• Collect, consolidate, and disseminate workshop pre-work such as surveys, pre-reading, and profiling instruments to participants and compile feedback and evaluation reports
• Analyze data from pre-work or surveys to generate insights for client reports
• Assist consultants in collating and coordinating training materials, case studies, and assessment tools for programme delivery
• Manage and oversee virtual course production as Course Producer, briefing freelance producers to ensure smooth delivery over Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
• Utilize collaborative online tools (e.g., Miro, Mentimeter, Slido) to support consultants during virtual sessions
• Create and manage surveys using Survey Monkey or equivalent platforms to gather participant feedback and data
• Document and scribe workshop outcomes accurately when required
• Create montages or videos using Canva, where necessary
• Use the company’s Learning Management System to enrol participants, track programme progress, and maintain records
