• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps across producers, technical and other disciplines.
• Lead design, development and rollout of learning programs using e-learning, ILT, workshops and coaching.
• Manage timelines, budgets and success metrics; report to L&D leadership.
• Evaluate learning impact and continuously improve program portfolio.
