Virtuos, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Senior Learning Program Manager to design and manage global training programs for game development teams. You will focus on Producer and Technical Learning Programs, collaborating with HR, subject-matter experts, and studio leadership across regions.

You’ll drive needs assessments, design solutions, manage timelines and budgets, and evaluate program impact to continuously improve our learning portfolio in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of experience in L&D, learning program management.
• Experience in games/animation/tech/creative production is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs globally across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; L&D certifications are a plus.
