Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to drive curriculum strategy and instructional design, delivering structured, end-to-end learning programmes.

The role partners stakeholders to build workforce capabilities, enhance facilitation excellence, implement evaluation frameworks, and ensure learning effectiveness aligned with business transformation priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
• WSQ ACLP certification is preferred.
• WSQ DACE or DDDLP certificates are an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; collaborative team player.
• Excellent planning, systems thinking, project management and analytics.
• Resourceful, adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end learning curricula aligned to business needs.
• Define curriculum pathways (foundation to advanced) for roles and careers.
• Establish standards, governance and design frameworks for curriculum development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for training needs analysis and content development.
• Apply instructional design methods to create high-impact learning solutions.
• Design engaging content with experiential and scenario-based learning.
• Translate requirements into learning journeys with outcomes and assessments.
• Convert content into digital and blended formats for delivery.
• Lead delivery as a facilitator; refine techniques for engagement and retention.
• Coach internal trainers and oversee capability development in facilitation.
• Design evaluation frameworks to assess learning impact and knowledge transfer.
• Analyse feedback and outcomes to continuously improve curriculum design.
• Plan pre-/during-/post-course administration for in-house and external programmes.
• Partner with stakeholders to link learning outcomes to business performance.
• Guide the team in implementing workforce development initiatives.
• Participate in Human Capital or cross-functional improvement projects.
