Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in statistics, data science, economics, psychology, learning sciences, business analytics, or related.
• At least 5 years of analytics, applied research, data science, or consulting experience.
• Strong mix of quantitative and qualitative methods and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Analytics projects from framing to recommendations and implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape lines of inquiry and analytical approaches.
• Design rigorous quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method studies to evaluate learning effectiveness and outcomes.
• Develop measures and evaluation frameworks to support performance-led L&D.
• Analyse structured and unstructured data using appropriate methodologies.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build scalable analytics frameworks and data products (RShiny, Tableau, NLP interfaces).
• Explore AI-enabled approaches to enhance analytics productivity and insights.
• Act as SME in Learning Analytics and programme evaluation across CSC.
