Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking an experienced Training & Capability Lead to shape the organisation-wide AI and digital literacy roadmap and advance future-skills across the workforce in Singapore. You will align initiatives with business priorities and drive practical adoption of AI and digital tools to boost productivity and ways of working.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing, AI, or robotics-related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training, capability development or L&D.
Strong understanding of generative AI, digital tools, data literacy, and automation trends.
Experience in programme and project management and stakeholder facilitation.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive organisation-wide AI and digital literacy roadmap.
Design, develop and review training curricula and e-learning programmes.
Support competency frameworks, LNA and Career Conversion Programmes.
Ensure training governance, quality, audits and vendor governance.
Manage external training funding and LMS administration.
