Job summary

Asian Institute for Healthcare Leadership and Management (Asian HEAL) in Singapore leads regional executive education initiatives within SingHealth's International Collaborations Division. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in training or programme management.
• Proven ability to engage with senior-level executives and diverse stakeholders across regions.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in internal operations, people development, and management.
• Excellent networking and cross-cultural communication across regional contexts.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Executive Master and customised Executive Programmes, including planning and execution.
• Oversee the student lifecycle from lead generation to alumni engagement.
• Manage programme financials, pricing strategy, budgeting, and portfolio performance with reporting.
• Establish reporting frameworks for operations, financials and outcomes.
• Drive improvements in systems, processes, and delivery models.
• Lead client engagement, partner development, and contract negotiations for programme-related agreements.
• Operationalise programme design, learning journeys, site immersions and delivery formats.
• Guide the team to ensure effective execution of programme operations and contribute to marketing and alumni engagement.
