Job summary

SingHealth Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Manager (Education) to drive strategic education initiatives across the cluster. You will coordinate projects, support education leads, and ensure accreditation processes are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include developing workplans, managing budgets, and analyzing data to guide improvements, while fostering partnerships with universities to extend Allied Health education impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in administration and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and propose improvements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills; multi-project delivery under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, resourceful, and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement strategic education workplans and programmes for Allied Health across the cluster; manage 5–7 projects annually.
• Engage stakeholders to build support; monitor project budgets; prepare reports; use data analytics to assess effectiveness.
• Support Education Leads in enhancing Allied Health education offerings including residency programmes, PQP, and CPDP; manage programme operations and compliance.
• Coordinate the programme accreditation process with CAH Executive Committee; manage submissions; liaise with domain and pedagogy experts; maintain the CAH accredited programme registry; plan presentations with SingHealth Academy.
• Take end-to-end ownership of CPDP programmes such as Building a Portfolio training, Career Conversations, Education Mentoring Programme, and the CHEER Programme; develop publicity strategies; manage registrations; analyze participation trends.
• Facilitate partnerships with academic universities to broaden reach and quality of Allied Health education.
• Support recognition of Allied Health educators; identify platforms; coordinate nominations; document achievements.
• Develop and update SOPs for education; write reports and proposals; plan meetings, events, and retreats; mentor junior team members; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
